I’m reaching out regarding a challenge my white label agency clients and fellow UChat white-label partners are facing. The current restriction of not being able to use WhatsApp Cloud API in different UChat workspaces under the same Business Manager (BM) is causing significant issues. Here’s the situation: I'm having a problem with my clients. They own two businessesβ€”one in Dubai and one in Qatarβ€”and they use one Business Manager (BM) for both. They loved our work and said they want to have the same automation for their Qatar business; till now it was only Dubai business we handled. They want to purchase another workstation of 10k users. Now on Uchat that supports 10,000 users, whose cost to us is $30/mo from Uhcat. Total $60/mo for two different workspaces with 10k each limit. Fine with the cost, I resell at $97/mo that 10k plan. But UChat does not let one BM work with more than one workspace. This rule makes my work impossible to scale. I can't buy WhatsApp addon in their current worksapce as they dedicately want two different worksaps with a 10,000 user plan each. As a result, we’ve had to rely on 360dialog as a workaround, which costs an additional $50/month per number. This extra cost is starting to add up and is becoming impossible to manage. The use case is clear: if this restriction were lifted, we could host multiple WhatsApp numbers under one BM for different workspaces without compromising access or functionality. This would be a game-changer for agencies like ours managing multiple clients. Has anyone else faced this issue? Wouldn’t it make more sense to allow flexibility here? Hoping the UChat team considers updating to lift restrictionsβ€”it would make things so much easier and cost-effective for everyone.
