Alternative Text for Different Word Forms in Chatbot Nodes

Please add an option to add an alternative text (text B) inside the text nodes, which can be triggered once by the user and then is being triggered all along the flow. In most languages on earth (unlike English) addressing male or female, one person or many persons, or formal and informal way of addressing them, require different word forms. This feature would eliminate the need for duplicating whole flows just to apply minor changes in word forms for different audiences. The alternative texts could be logged as "A" /"B" (/"C) and should be triggered by an according action like "chose alternative path". At the moment that needs a workaround with conditions and tags, but that's of course a nightmare in long flows. My use case is: I ask the user if he wants to become the only contractor of a house mortgage, or together with the spouse. Afterwards I have to ask about 40 questions about equity, credits and so on - either for one person or for both together. That requires the duplication of long flows just for changing the pronouns and the suffixes of words. That's surely a problem in most languages.
