Block user / Blacklist

Block users by means of a blacklist (User Id) permanently or for a number of specific days. e.g.: blocked for 30 days. So that the user is blocked by the bot. With a text field that you can kindly point out to the user. For all messenger services (Facebook Messenger, Telegram etc.)
