Feature Request – Live Agent Presence Indicator in Chat

Hi, I’d like to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly improve the user experience for teams using uChat. It would be very helpful to have a live indicator showing when other agents are currently viewing or typing in the same customer chat. Similar to how Google Docs shows when someone else is editing a document, this feature could help avoid overlaps, duplicated messages, and improve internal coordination. For example: A small icon or agent initials could appear when someone else is viewing the conversation. A typing indicator could show when another agent is actively responding. This feature would be especially useful in team environments where multiple agents might handle chats simultaneously. Thanks in advance for considering this!
