Live Chat + CAPI [Feature Requests]
Hi team, I'd like to make a couple feature requests that could be really helpful and improve the performance of UChat. CAPI Integration: It could be helpful to see both the Ad Id and the actual Post that originated the lead. You can see in the screenshot below these elements. Manual Orders: A section in Live Chat that allow sales agents to create purchase orders could be really helpful, specially is those orders are already linked to CAPI. Reason behind these requests: I'm seeing a shift in the overall behaviour of potential clients. Business owners are more aware of the importance of a sales management solution / CRM / automation system to boost their sales teams' efforts. Along with this, the catalog of CRM alternatives is growing so much, at least in Latam, there is plenty of options and potential clients are "pickier" when suggesting one platform over another. Secondly, message campaigns for WhatsApp are super important for latinos, and right now the Conversion API allows to optimize message campaigns better than ever. This new process is going to become the standard, and having features such as the recommended in this post, will help UChat to stand out from the rest. The screenshot attached below is showing a platform called Pancake. If you need more examples please let me know.
