Search bar

For Live Chat, it would be helpful to be able to search for specific texts/keywords within a chat. For example, agents would sometimes like to look up all customers who ordered a specific item that was previously out-of-stock to update them that the item has been re-stocked and is available. This can't be done with the current search options available.
