Send multiple files at once in live chat

Send multiple files at once in live chat uchat only allows you to send 1 file at a time. This seems silly, but it makes it seriously difficult for customer service people. I understand that there are multiple requests, but this is called CX customer experience. The solution is simple: PLEASE ENABLE THE SYSTEM TO SEND SEVERAL FILES AT A TIME IN LIVE CHAT (you can limit it to 20)
