To get emoji reaction on messages? in WhatsApp

To get emoji reaction on messages? in WhatsApp I was chatting with a bot of a french company and they made reactions on my answers. It gave an hourglass while it wasn't answered and changed it to a checkmark when it was about to answer. This is great for interacting with users in whatsapp, seeing as a bot can't show that it's "typing"
