use whatsapp voice message inside agent assistant feature

Approximately 30% of users send audio messages this days as this feature has become highly popular on WhatsApp. While the "Agent Assistant" is also very useful within "Live Chat," it currently does not process data from audio messages. It would be great if this functionality could be added.
