Feature: add roles to partner custom menus to allow show the custom menus only to selected roles

This feature enhances Partner Custom Menus by introducing role-based visibility, allowing you to control which user roles can see specific custom menu entries.

New Capability:
• Under the Roles section, you can now select from:
• Owner
• Admin
• Member
• Live Chat Supervisor
• Live Chat Agent

📌 This means each custom menu item can be targeted to relevant users only, helping:
• Admins declutter the UI for agents
• Partners control documentation access
• Reduce confusion by showing context-specific links

🛠️ Found under: Whitelabel Settings > Custom Menu
🔒 Great for permission-sensitive environments and multi-role partner deployments.
