Feature: Added Conversation Visibility setting in Agent Groups.
What’s New
- New option to control what agents can view inside a group:
- All Conversations — view every conversation assigned to the group.
- Only Conversations Assigned to Me — view only personal assigned chats.
- Located under Workspace settings ->Agent Groups → Conversation Visibility.
Why It Matters
- Gives admins more control over agent privacy and workload visibility.
