Feature: Added Conversation Visibility setting in Agent Groups.


What’s New

  • New option to control what agents can view inside a group:
    • All Conversations — view every conversation assigned to the group.
    • Only Conversations Assigned to Me — view only personal assigned chats.
  • Located under Workspace settings ->Agent Groups → Conversation Visibility.

Why It Matters

  • Gives admins more control over agent privacy and workload visibility.
  • Helps maintain focus for agents by limiting unnecessary conversations.
  • Improves security and organization for large support teams.
