Feature: Added new Live Chat permissions in the User Permission add-on.
What’s New
Two new permission options are now available for finer control in Live Chat:
- Live Chat – Send Messages
- Live Chat – Icons (includes options to show/hide specific tabs and features)
Why It Matters
- Partners can now fine-tune Live Chat access for team members.
- Restrict agents from sending messages or viewing certain icons/tabs.
- Ideal for managing support roles with different responsibility levels.
