Feature: allow Owner to delete bots when workspace is paused

Added

  • Bot Deletion While Workspace is Paused:
    • Workspace Owners can now delete bots even if the workspace is in a paused state.
    • This would be helpful if the workspace under partner domain is paused, they can remove the extra bot or member to stay within the limits and upgrade to the right plan

Improved

  • Prevents owners from being blocked by paused status when managing unused or outdated bots.
  • Improves administrative flexibility without compromising workspace integrity.
