Feature: allow to set Currency in Stripe checkout url and paypal checkout url actions

What’s New:

• Stripe Checkout URL Action:
  Added a Currency field allowing users to specify the transaction currency directly within the action setup.
  
  
• PayPal Checkout URL Action:
  The same Currency field functionality is now available, enabling custom currency settings for each checkout.
  
  
• Default Option:
  Currency defaults to E-commerce Settings but can now be overridden for greater flexibility.
