Feature: update Live chat UI with sidebar and add live chat sidebar setting in workspace settings

  • Live Chat Sidebar Settings: Introduced a customizable Live Chat Sidebar panel in the Live Chat interface.

    • Users can now configure visibility of sidebar elements like:
      • Agent assignment (e.g. Assigned, Unassigned, Collaborating)
      • Message status (e.g. Unread, Spam, Invalid)
      • Channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, SSO)
      • Segments
  • Workspace Settings Panel: Added a Live Chat Sidebar Settings section within Workspace Settings.

    • Admins can enable/disable sidebar visibility and selectively hide elements for better focus and cleaner UI.
